New Items:

Please contact me on Instagram or via my email to discuss commissioning a new piece. If you have sketches or design ideas then please do supply these. Otherwise I will ask you to confirm that you are happy for me to design as I see fit and within budget. I recommend that you research my work on Instagram or visit me at exhibitions before commissioning me to make or rebuild an item for you.

I require a 60% deposit to cover the cost of materials, deductible from the final amount. In any case, I will provide a written quote in advance, and work closely with you to design and make your new piece.


For rebuilding items of jewellery using precious metals, I charge a fixed amount of £120 to cover advance time spent on deconstruction, design and ordering materials. I then charge an additional £30/h up to an agreed amount.


For simple repairs, please provide images and a description of the repairs required so that I can give you a quote. 

Resizing of rings containing stones is offered but I outsource this. Please ask for a quote and provide the size required.


New items over 7.78 g (silver) must have a hallmark by law. For these items there is an additional charge of £49.50 (incl. VAT and postage) to include hallmarking at the Sheffield Assay Office (charged at cost by me).

For rebuilding items with a retained hallmark of the previous maker, you accept that this is not the hallmark of Amanda Graham.

Stone Setting:

For replacement of a stone on an existing piece, I charge a minimum of £68 (for a single simple bezel setting). After inspection of the piece I will give a written fixed price in advance. Prices exclude the cost of any replacement stone required. I require an advance payment of 30% of the agreed price to cover the cost of materials.

Unfortunately I can’t normally reset stones that have visible damage unless this is specifically agreed. In this case I require a signed disclaimer before commencing work.

Work Completion:

For new pieces, I will inform you in advance of delivery time, and will keep you regularly updated. For repairs, I will inspect and photograph your piece(s) and require your signature confirming its original condition.

Price and Payment:

If not collected from Haarlem Artspace, then cost for Special Delivery (Royal Mail) will be added to the invoice. All prices include VAT.

I will issue an invoice on completion of the work. Payment is due upon completion and acceptance by you. I retain title until settlement has been made. Payment may be made by card or bank transfer.
